A very significant issue faces our county:
80% of our adults do not have a baccalaureate degree.

This low educational attainment limits our citizens’ abilities to reach their career dreams and provide for their families. It also restricts the economic development of our community as a whole, challenging our ability to attract businesses and improve employment rates.

To address this issue, we need community-wide collaboration among the people and organizations already dedicated to educational excellence (of which there are many!). We also need to foster a culture that not only encourages the best of its citizens but EXPECTS it.
